Fargo Police seek 3 suspects from Downtown protest incident
Authorities say individuals obstructed vehicle with right of way during Feb. 1 ICE demonstration
FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - Fargo police are asking for the public’s help identifying three people suspected of disorderly behavior during a downtown protest earlier this month.
The incident happened around 1:21 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 1, in the 500 block of Broadway North.

Police say the three suspects impeded traffic by obstructing a vehicle that had the right of way.
The incident occurred during an ICE enforcement demonstration that drew hundreds of protesters to downtown Fargo. Video of the event went viral on social media, showing a car pushing through the crowd as a crosswalk sign changed.
No injuries were reported.
Police released photos of the three suspects and are asking anyone with information to call 701-241-5777 or text a tip with the keyword FARGOPD to 847411.
According to Fargo Police Capt. Travis Moser, it is illegal for protesters to block roads, though the department typically handles such violations through educational discussions rather than criminal citations.
“It’s all about the safety of everybody involved,” Moser said in a previous statement about the Feb. 1 protest.
