Fargo Police still looking for suspect involved in hostage situation near NDSU

A man is still on the loose and could be armed after a standoff in north Fargo that lasted four hours.
Fargo Police were called to 1131 College Street North around 10 Monday night on a report of a domestic situation.
When police arrived, they were talking with both a man and a woman outside of the home and after some time, they say the man took off and they thought he went back in the home and locked himself inside.
Two young girls were home at the time. Police believed that the man was holding them hostage.
The SWAT team was called in. Around 2 a.m., police used a "flash bang" to try and get the man to come out, however, both girls came out of the home and were reunited with their mother.
Police were unable to locate the man and they are unsure if he was in the home throughout the entire situation.
