10 Fire Crews on Scene at Posts Hardware in Hankinson

UPDATE 1:45 a.m. -- Multiple residents are displaced after a building fire broke out at Posts Hardware in Hankinson.

Hankinson's fre chief tells Valley News Live that everyone made it out, and there were no injuries. It hasn't been determined what caused the fire at this time.

The residents in eight apartments were displaced. There's no word on when they'll be able to return.

Crews will be on-site overnight to keep an eye on hot spots. A damage estimate will be determined lat a later time.

ORIGINAL 10:48 p.m. -- Fire crews are on scene at 307 1/2 Main Avenue in Hankinson.

Crews got a call 9 p.m. for reports of a fire at Posts Hardware.

There are currently 10 fire crews at the scene.

There are apartments above Posts Hardware.

Damage is unknown at this time. Injuries are currently unknown.
