Carson Wentz set a new NFL rookie record Sunday in the Eagles 27-13 win over Dallas.
Entering the game the rookie from North Dakota State needed just two completions to set the rookie record for most completions in a single season and pass former teammate Sam Bradford.
Wentz connected on 27 passes including a pair of touchdowns to bring his season completions to 379 -- 25 more than Bradford's 354 set back in 2010.
The Eagles finished the season 7-9.
