GRAND FORKS, N.D. (Valley News Live) -- The University of North Dakota football team has cracked the top 25 polls for the second time this season following a 41-15 win at Sacramento State.

North Dakota (5-2) is No. 24 in the AFCA FCS Coaches Poll and No. 22 in the STATS FCS Top 25.

The Fighting Hawks have a chance to bolster their standing with a win Saturday over No. 4/5 Weber State.

Head Coach Bubba Schweigert said making sure his team is focused on the Wildcats and not the postseason is a challenge.

Schweigert added that his team needs to do a better job of focusing this week than at any point in the season and keeping the "outside noise" outside.

"Especially with the way communication is now days it's a challenge. But our guys are maturing I feel like we've done a good job of that," Schweigert said.
