FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) -- After being rained out Wednesday, the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks were able to jump on the Milwaukee Milkmen's starting pitching in both games of Thursday's doubleheader.

Leobaldo Pina's two-run home run capped off a five-run first inning for the RedHawks in game one and FM's pitching staff was able to make it stand, winning 5-3.

The RedHawks scored early in game two as well. Back-to-back doubles from Tim Colwell and Devan Ahart pushed the first run of the game across. An RBI triple from Corelle Prime later in the inning pushed the RedHawks to a 2-0 lead going on to win by a 3-0 final.

FM welcomes in the Texas AirHogs for three games starting Friday at 7:02 p.m. at Newman Outdoor Field.
