NDSU’s Stick Named Valley Football Offensive Player of the Week

ST. LOUIS (NDSU Athletics) -- North Dakota State quarterback Easton Stick was named Missouri Valley Football Conference Offensive Player of the Week by the conference office Sunday, Nov. 11. It is his third award of the season and fourth of his career.

Stick, a senior from Omaha, Neb., tied an NDSU single-game record with five touchdown passes, all in the first half of North Dakota State’s 48-7 win at Missouri State. Stick completed his first 11 attempts and went 15 of 24 passing for 238 yards.

The Bison scored on their first four possessions and led 34-0 by halftime. Stick finished the game with 9,978 career total offense yards, breaking Brock Jensen’s NDSU record of 9,838 set in 2013.

No. 1-ranked North Dakota State (10-0, 7-0 MVFC) closes out the regular season hosting Southern Illinois at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17.
