Entz updates quarterback situation

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) -- As the Bison enter the third week of Spring practice North Dakota State Head Coach Matt Entz talked about the quarterback situation.

Entz said the four quarterbacks, Zeb Noland, Trey Lance, Noah Sanders, and Holden Hotchkiss are working well together through the Spring, communicating with each other and bringing great leadership.

Entz added the four also understand each snap and throw is being evaluated as the Bison look for one of the quarterbacks to emerge.

"What's neat is you see a different guy every day step up and make a throw that you're all of a sudden, 'Wow that was a big time throw' and it might have come from Noah Sanders, Holden, Zeb, or Trey," Entz said Monday.

"So they're all having moments of success out here and that's promising."

The Bison conclude Spring practice on Friday, April 26.
