MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (Valley News Live) -- Barnesville punched it's ticket to the Minnesota Class AA State Football Championship with a 34-20 win over Minneapolis North Friday, November 16th.

The Trojans jumped out to an early lead over the Polars with their classic misdirection offense. They would put up 22 points before the Polars started to make a dent on the Trojans defense.

In the end the Trojans held off the late surge though for the 14 point win and a trip to the title game.

Barnesville will face Caledonia Friday, November 23rd at 1:00 p.m. at US Bank Stadium.
