Williston man arrested after threatening to kill more than 100 people

WILLISTON, N.D. (KFYR) Williston Police say a man threatened to kill more than 100 people in a hit-list he says was inspired by God.

Law enforcement says 54-year-old Greg Allan Boe sent a letter dated Nov. 26th from jail to the Williams County State's Attorney, in which he wrote that God had directed to him "to bring to an end" people involved with his incarceration.

Police say in the letter more than 100 people were named, including people associated with law firms, judicial chambers, and schools. Police say Boe's letter threatened to begin the killings if charges against him were not dropped.

Boe has been charged with threatening public servants, and his bond hearing wason Monday.

Boe is currently in the Williams County Jail for terrorizing and violating a restraining order back in April. His bond for those charges is $115,000.
