Uber driver sentenced to community service after faking damage to his car, according to court records
A former Uber and Lyft driver is facing some community service time after court records say he faked damage to his car.
Travis Roland, 34, is accused of putting fake vomit on his car so passengers would be charged for the damage. On Wednesday, he pleaded guilty to attempted theft of property.
Roland had been ordered to 40 hours of community service.
