UPDATE: Power restored in West Fargo after thousands were without power

UPDATE: Cass County Electric says they have restored power to all homes in the Brooks Harbor area.

Reports say power was returned around 1:45 PM.

A lighting strike took out a power pole.

2ND STORY: Cass County Electric says they have 264 members out of power in the Brooks Harbor area.

They are waiting for locates to install a new pole before the rest of the members will have power.

1ST STORY: Many businesses and home owners woke up to no power Saturday morning.

Cass County Electric says they have 3,577 members out of power in the Eagle Run area.

They say a breaker at a substation opened and locked out. The cause of the power outage is unknown at this time.
