UND cancels classes after intially deciding on a delayed opening

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (Valley News Live) - After initially deciding to have a late start for classes, the University of North Dakota is cancelling classes on Wednesday as the wind chill plummets.

According to UND Police, offices will remain open and staff will report to work as scheduled.

UND made the change after monitoring weather conditions and getting updated wind chill information from the National Weather Service of Grand Forks.
