Two men in custody after standoff in East Grand Forks

EAST GRAND FORKS, Minn. (Valley News Live)- UPDATE:

A search warrant turned into a dramatic scene in an East Grand Forks neighborhood Friday afternoon.

Police say they were serving a search warrant at a home on the 600 block of 10th Street Northwest when they claim, two suspects became barricaded in the basement. Police say at one point, one of the suspects said he had a gun and refused to come out.

Eventually the suspects who have been identified as Gregory Boulduc, 60 and Bradley Boulduc, 51, surrendered to the police. They were arrested on controlled substance and firearm charges.
