Three people arrested in a drug bust in Fargo

Fargo, ND Three people were arrested after a drug bust in Fargo Thursday morning.

Officers served a search warrant at 3414 Birdie Street North around 10:30am. There were three females inside, and one male, who jumped out a second story window.

Officers followed footprints to a nearby house...forced open a locked door...found the suspect and arrest him. Joseph Kiedrowski of Fargo was arrested for possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and burglary.

Two females were also arrested. Billie Jo McGinnis-Kiedrowski, 39, of Fargo faces charges of possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers also arrested 47 year old Gina Steyn of Ottertail, Minnesota for possession of a schedule II controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

The initial search warrant yielded heroin, marijuana, clonazepam pills and drug paraphernalia.
The search warrant was part of an ongoing drug investigation related to recent heroin overdoses in Fargo and Ottertail County, Minnesota and additional charges may be forthcoming.

The Fargo Police Department Narcotics Unit, in conjunction with the Metro Street Crimes Unit, the DEA Task Force, the West Central Minnesota Drug Task Force and the Ottertail County Sheriff’s Office served the narcotics search warrant.
