NBC - There is good news for consumers planning a trip to Europe this summer.
Flights to some European destinations will be the cheapest they've been in three years.
That's according to flight tracking app Hopper.
Hopper says that the average cost of a flight to Europe during peak summer travel will be around $909 round trip, a two-percent reduction from last year.
But if you book now, you may still get in on spring flight deals, which Hopper says averages about $637 round trip.
Among the reasons for cheaper European flights this summer, a strong dollar, increased competition from low cost carriers, and the Brexit extension.
