GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. St. Paul Oktoberfest kicks off on Friday afternoon with a horse-drawn beer wagon parade down West 7th Street to the Schmidt Brewery grounds with food, music, beer and activities until 10 p.m.
St. Paul Oktoberfest is a two-day celebration of German heritage, culture, food, and of course, beer. Just like the Munich original, the festival is held in September.
Held on the beautiful grounds of the historic Schmidt Brewery on West 7th Street in St. Paul, everyone is welcome with fun events and activities for the whole family.
The event runs from Friday, Sept. 14, 4 to 10 p.m. to Saturday, Sept. 15, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
