MINOT, N.D. (KFYR) A Minot man accused of sending inappropriate images over Snapchat to a child last June will stand trial in January.
Prosecutors have charged 24-year-old Dillon Jesz of Minot with two counts of promoting obscenity to minors.
Investigators with Ward County say they received a complaint from a parent in October of multiple people sending pornographic images and videos to a child over the social media app.
Investigators identified Jesz as a suspect and later charged him.
Jesz will stand trial Jan. 15 in Minot. The charges are C-felonies which carry a maximum sentence of five years in prison.
