UPDATE: Silver Alert canceled -- missing Bismarck woman found

56-year-old Jeanette Carman was last seen near her Bismarck home on Nov. 21 around 3:30 p.m. She is a vulnerable adult with medical issues, according to police.

BISMARCK, N.D. (Valley News Live) 7 a.m. UPDATE: The North Dakota Department of Emergency Services has canceled a Silver Alert for a missing Bismarck woman. She's been located and is safe.

ORIGINAL STORY: A Silver Alert has been issued by the Bismarck Police Department for 56-year-old Jeanette Carman, who was last seen near her Bismarck home on Nov. 21 around 3:30 p.m.

Carman is a vulnerable adult with medical issues, according to police. She's described as 5'5" tall, 150 pounds, with brown eyes.

Carman was last seen at her residence in the 2100 block of South 12th Street in Bismarck. Police do not believe she is driving a vehicle.

She was last seen wearing leggings with hearts all over, pink Fila shoes, a black puffy jacket, and a small brown purse.
