UPDATE: Man arrested after shooting at police during standoff near Harwood

HARWOOD, N.D. (Valley News Live)

The Cass County Sheriff's Office has arrested 57-year old Steven Sorenson on two charges after an early morning incident.

The Sheriff's Office responded to a rural Harwood residence at approximately 1:10 am based off threatening remarks made by Sorenson.

Sorenson originally wanted to speak with the police due to an incident that occurred at a West Fargo bar earlier in the evening. The Cass County Sheriff's Office responded to the incident based off the rural address to assist in the investigation.
