Fargo, ND (Valley News Live) -- In this weeks Restaurant Report Card, one restaurant was left with four critical violations, while another is winning the Clean Plate Award for a second time.
Four Points by Sheraton is a new hotel to the area. However, their food seems to already be out of date, leaving them with four critical violations from their latest health inspection.
Management at the hotel didn't give specifics, but the violations range from hygiene to improper food protection. Management did say that a new food and beverage director will be coming soon.

Blarney Stone Irish Pub is a staple in West Fargo. The second time Clean Plate Award winner has passed their last three health inspections. They take pride in making sure that their signature drinks like the Irish Trash Can and food like Lamb and Guinness Irish Stew are properly prepared.
General Manager, Jesse Schanilec said, "Our kitchen staff is great with that. Labeling, dating things like that. Checking the cleanliness with the restaurant. Same with the the front of the house staff. The servers are doing the same thing every single day. The management follows up behind them making sure that everything is done the way it needs to be."
