Regularly eating fried food may increase the risk of early death

NBC - Older women may want to cut down on how much fried foods they eat.

That's according to a new study from the University of Iowa.

It showed eating one or more servings a day of fried food increased the risk of early death among postmenopausal women by up to 13-percent.

The worst culprits were fried chicken and fish.

Women who ate more fried foods tended to have lower-incomes, less education, and a lower quality diet.
