Power outage in north Fargo

Power is out again to a portion of Fargo.

Xcel Energy reports about 373 customers are affected in an area of north Fargo near the Fargodome, and University Drive north. Xcel reports that power should be restored about 7:00 p.m. Sunday evening.

The outage began shortly after 4:00 p.m. It’s unclear what led to the outage.

This comes just days after Xcel Energy made a pitch to the North Dakota Public Service Commission about their plan to curtail outages in the state. Fargo has been plagued by power outages in recent months.
