Older adults with more control over their lives feel younger

NBC - A new study suggests the key to feeling younger in old age is a sense of control.

Researchers at North Carolina State University surveyed over 200 adults between 18 and 90 years old.

They found when older adults felt more in control of their lives they felt younger.

But control did not play a factor among younger adults.

Instead, stress and health problems made young people feel older.
