North Dakota trooper sideswiped by car on interstate, seconds later rear-ended
A North Dakota trooper has some minor bruising after getting sideswiped and then rear-ended on I-29 in Walsh County Friday evening.
It started when troopers got a report of an accident on the interstate. When they got there, a 34-year old driver lost control due to icy roads and sideswiped the trooper’s patrol car and then seconds later, another car rear-ended the trooper’s car.
The trooper was brought to an area hospital with minor injuries. No one else was hurt in the crash. It’s under investigation.
