It's another historic day for the NDSU Bison Football team, after having the privilege of visiting the White House where they met and spoke with President Donald Trump.

Valley News Live's sports director Beth Hoole says the White House served up Chick-Fil-A and McDonalds for the team in the State Dining Room.

Senators John Hoeven and Kevin Cramer also joined the team. During the meeting, President Trump shook Easton Stick's hand and called him by name.

The team is off to the Capitol next where Senator Hoeven has events planned for them. The Bison will also do some sightseeing before making their way back to Fargo.
