Mandan man found guilty in November, pleads not guilty to two more counts of GSI
A Mandan man who was found guilty of four counts of GSI in November, plead not guilty to two more counts.
Sixty-four-year-old Russel Walbert pleaded not guilty in court on Monday to two counts of gross sexual imposition.
Court Documents show the victim reported Walbert had sexual contact with her when she was 4 or 5-years-old.
The affidavit says Walbert would touch the girl underneath her underwear.
Walbert’s jury trial is scheduled for May.
In November, Walbert was found guilty by a jury of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old multiple times.
His sentencing is scheduled for March 6.
