MOORHEAD, Minn. (Valley News Live) - A Fargo man could end up spending 10 years in prison for creating a fake study as a means to inappropriately touch women.

Court records stated David Edward Sayler, 28, pleaded guilty Monday in Clay County District Court to fourth degree criminal sexual conduct.

According to court documents, Sayler, a former physical trainer, told a woman at a Moorhead gym last year to help him with a medical study.

Police said he then touched the woman in a sexual manner and asked her to do the same to him claiming it was all for medical purposes.

Authorities later confirmed there was no medical study and he'd been doing this to other women in Fargo, according to court documents.

Sayler's also facing similar charges in Cass County.
