Man arrested after 95 MPH speed chase through Grand Forks
One man is in jail on nearly a dozen charges after police say he led them on a 95 mile per hour chase in Grand Forks Tuesday morning.
Officers pulled over 45-year-old Robert Fowley Junior around 2:30 a,m, near University of North Dakota, but he took off, and they say ended up driving around town at high speeds.
Fowley ended up crashing into the back of another car on Columbia road and tried running away, but police arrested him just before he got into Walmart.
Fowley is in jail for several charges including reckless endangerment, drug possession, and driving under suspension.
Police say Fowley had three active warrants at the time of the arrest.
No one was injured during this incident.
