GRAND FORKS, ND (Valley News Live) - Two men are facing a felony charge after allegedly being in a woman's apartment in Grand Forks without permission.
Court documents say Grand Forks Police responded to the call of criminal trespass in a woman's apartment on Saturday, just before 2 a.m.
When an officer arrived, he found 21-year-old John Arman in only his underwear and t-shirt, attempting to put on his pants.
Documents say a second man's description was given to police and 25-year-old Cody Neumiller was located a block away hiding behind a truck.
The woman informed officials she was alarmed to see the two men standing over her bed, and they were not wearing pants. Documents say she was leaving her apartment to call the police, and she found Neumiller touching himself outside of her door.
Both Neumiller and Arman were charged with burglary for entering her home. Neumiller may also face a charge for indecent exposure.
