FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) Firefighters are looking for the cause of an early morning fire at a Fargo restaurant. They got called out around 2:30 a.m. Thursday to Doolittle's at the corner of 25th Street and I-94.
They say they had to break down a door to get inside, then found a fire in one of the ovens. Crews got flames knocked down quickly, so fire damage is contained to that oven but there is some smoke damage to the rest of the building.
The restaurant is shutting down for part of the day, hoping to open by 4 p.m. on Thursday.
Damage costs are estimated around $5,000.
