FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live)- A Fargo man is facing multiple charges related to performing sexual acts with minors.
Sampson Tarr, 46, is facing three felony counts for two charges of gross sexual imposition with the victim being under 15 and child neglect.
Court documents say that between January 2016 and February 2018, Tarr forced three children to engage in sex acts. The kids were all under the age of 12.
Court documents say that the victims told authorities they would inappropriately touch one another, as well as be touched by Tarr. The victims also said that Tarr had 'lots of kids' over and they all 'got naked' while Tarr had a camera.
One victim told officials that Tarr showed pornographic videos to the victims. Court documents also say the victim said that Tarr made the victims watch pornographic videos and then play "the game," which involved anal sex with one of the other victims while Tarr watched.
The victim went on to explain that if 'the game' was not played or other orders were not followed, Tarr would discipline all of the children.
Court documents say one victim told police that Tarr put a dot on the calendar any day that 'the game' was not played.
One victim also says that Tarr showed two victims into a bedroom, told them to take their clothes off, showed them a pornographic video and told the victims to do what was shown on that video until he said to stop.
