Woman found dead in Fargo parking lot

January 30, at 12:02 p.m., Fargo Police Officers responded to a report of a deceased person inside a vehicle in the northeast corner of a parking lot at 1401 33 St. S.
Upon arrival, they found a female in the backseat of the vehicle and she appeared to have been deceased for a significant amount of time. It is not believed she died due to the recent inclement weather.
People who work in the area say they noticed the car roughly three weeks ago, but do not know anything about the women or her situation.
Police say the woman is in her 60's and are working to identify the woman and notifying her family.
Police don't know if drugs or alcohol played a factor into the death, and as of now, there is no foul play suspected.
