Crosby, ND--- On 9/9/2019, an attempt by the Divide County Sheriff’s Office was made to take 35-year-old, Brandon Starnes into custody while at the Divide County Elementary School by serving an arrest warrant from Gallatin County (MT) for Probation Violation. While attempting to place Starnes under arrest, Starnes resisted and fled from the school.
