DILWORTH, MN (Valley News Live) - UPDATE: The Clay County Sheriff says the two people who showed up to apartments in Dilworth were, in fact, fire fighters.
The two people that were in Dilworth Sunday were pre-planning buildings and taking photos of buildings for fire department training.
Authorities say the men were questioned by someone, and when asked for appropriate identification, they provided it.
Again, the two people were not impostors and were legitimately looking for training grounds.
Valley News Live originally ran this story because the Dilworth Police Department posted on Facebook saying impostor fire fighters were going around town.

Dilworth Police Department is sending out a warning after they were notified Sunday that two men were trying to gain entry into an apartment building by claiming they were local firemen wanting to conduct a training exercise inside.
Officials say at no time will the fire department or police conduct any training in an occupied building without first notifying all residents.
They warn that you should never let people into your homes or apartments if you don't know who they are.
If sometime attempts to gain entry into your home, always call your local police or 911.
