BISMARCK, N.D. (Valley News Live) -- Officials are looking for two suspects involved in a high-speed chase through McKenzie County.
McKenzie County Sheriff deputies say a vehicle was speeding northbound on Highway 1806.
Deputies say they tried pulling over driver Tyler Defoe and passenger Candice Clark. Clark has an outstanding warrant.
Three Affiliated Tribes officers were pursuing Defoe and Clark earlier in the day, but lost the vehicle.
Officials say that during the pursuit, a deer ran out in front of a deputy's squad car. The deer hit the front center of his vehicle at a high rate of speed.
The pursuit ended and the deputy has minor injuries.
The suspects are still at large. They were driving a white Chevrolet Camaro, according to McKenzie County Sheriff's deputies.
