A car lost control on icy roads and hit a horse-drawn buggy with five children inside, before hitting the ditch.
The Minnesota State Patrol says it happened around 8:30 Friday morning on Hwy. 87.
Authorities say 57-year-old Roger Meyer of Menahga was going west when he lost control and crashed into the buggy.
The children in the buggy ranged in age from 8 to 13 years old.
The patrol report says no one was taken to the hospital and doesn't list any injuries under the children.
That part of Becker Co. is known for a growing Amish population.
