Community High School Families:
As a result of the freezing temperatures, several pipes burst overnight, making some of the spaces at Lodoen unsuitable for class. In order to have the pipes repaired, the water needs to be shut off to a portion of the building. We have crews responding to Lodoen now to assess the damage and begin cleanup.
In order to assist with cleanup efforts, the Lodoen Community Center will close at 9:30 AM today. Community High students that are already onsite may leave or be picked up at any point between now and 9:30; otherwise, the district will bus them home at that time.
Later this afternoon, we will let you know the status of school for Friday.
We apologize for the short notice and the disruption this may cause your day.
