A House bill allow school districts to create a plan that puts an armed first responder in schools passes by a vote of 77-15.

House bill 1332 says the plan must be approved by law enforcement and the local school boards. School districts also have the ability to withdraw from the plan at any time.

The bill will now go to the senate to be voted on.
