UPDATE: Missing Bemidji woman now home safe

5:40PM UPDATE: Bemidji Police say Katrina Gulbranson has returned home safely.



Bemidji Police confirm they are investigating the disappearance of missing woman, 29-year-old Katrina Gulbranson.

In a social media post, Gulbranson's mother says she left last Wednesday evening on a Tinder date and has not returned home since.

Her mom also says there has not been any activity on Gulbranson's social media or cell phone since Sunday evening.

Bemidji Police say they are working with out of state police agencies, as they believe she is no longer in the area. Police said they could not comment if they believe Gulbranson's safety is a concern.

Gulbranson is described as 5’2, 140 lbs, long brown hair, has three tattoos of her sons' initials on inner right wrist 'K.T.C.S, a 'Casey Mae' tattoo on the back of her neck and a butterfly across her lower back area. She has a mole under her lip, scar above her left eye and four scars on the right side from chest tubes. She also goes by the name 'Trina Smith.'
