Authorities believe man trampled to death by cattle in MN

Near Parkers Prairie, Minn. (Valley News Live) Authorities in Douglas Co., MN believe a man died after being trampled by a bull or cows.

The Sheriff's Department was called to the home in rural Douglas Co. on Saturday, June 15 around noon for reports of a death.

Authorities found 41-year-old Craig Thoennes of Parkers Prairie near a shed in the cow yard.

Two cows and a bull were also found roaming around in the same area.

At this time, authorities believe the man was trampled by the bull and/or the cows.

His body is undergoing an autopsy.
