ENDERLIN, N.D. (Valley News Live)- A daycare provider in Enderlin is on administrative leave after questions came out that she was inappropriately involved with a minor.

Enderlin High School.

The Enderlin School District provides the space for a daycare that their staff members can use.
Superintendent Philip French says the daycare benefits teachers that need close care for their kids.

While the daycare was operating within the school, French says an employee who worked at the daycare admitted to snapchatting a high school student.

French also says she met with him outside of school.

An investigation into whether or not the two had any sexual contact is still ongoing by the Ransom County Sheriff's Department.

French also says the daycare has not been shutdown but it's not operating within the school.

When asked exactly what that means we were told no comment.

The superintendent also says the daycare provider is a family friend with the students mother.
