32 Pounds of Meth and 35 Pounds of Marijuana Found By ND Highway Patrol

It was a big drug bust for the North Dakota Highway Patrol Sunday.
On March 4, a NDHP trooper stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation, and with the assistance of NDHP K9, Fia, discovered 30 bundles methamphetamine weighing 32 pounds and 54 bundles of marijuana weighing 35 pounds in the vehicle.
The driver is Vikkie See Vue Lor, 37, and her passenger Cheng Yang, 29, both of Sacramento CA were traveling east on I-94 in the Fargo area when stopped for following too close, which is a crash causing violation.
Both occupants were arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and felony possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
This case remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
