104 protesters brought into Cass County jail during month's long DAPL protest

The deadline for protesters to leave the Dakota Access Pipeline site Wednesday (MSNBC).

On Thursday, law enforcement cleared out the main Dakota Access Pipeline Protest Camp South of Mandan.

With over 700 arrests made during the month’s long demonstration, The Morton County Correctional Center hit capacity a number of times and many of those arrested had to get booked in Cass County.

A total of 104 protesters were brought into the Cass County jail.

None from the most recent clearing of the camp.

The jail administrator says that October 28th was the most active night as 59 protesters were booked at the jail.

He claims that it was the busiest 12 hour shift ever had at the jail.
