1 person hurt after a crash involving a semi

DETROIT LAKES, MN (Valley News Live) An accident involving a semi left one person with minor injuries.

Minnesota State Patrol said the accident happened Thursday afternoon in the Detroit Lakes area on Interstate 94 at Buffalo River Bridge. That’s in Glyndon Township, in Clay County.

A truck driven by 47 year old James Chamberlain of Belfield, North Dakota was going east when his vehicle hit a concrete side rail and then hit by a semi driven by 35 year-old Richard Pask of Emerson, MB, Canada.

One of his two passengers, 18 year-old Craig Chamberlain of Dickinson, North Dakota suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to Essentia in Fargo.

The semi driver was not hurt.
