Zoodles with a Healthy Turkey Meat Sauce

•3-4 medium to large zucchini
•1 24 oz. jar of marinara sauce
•1 lb. ground turkey
•1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
•½ teaspoon italian seasoning
•½ teaspoon oregano
•¼ teaspoon of red pepper flakes

•In a large skillet, add the extra virgin olive oil and bring to medium heat. add the ground turkey and brown the meat.
•While the turkey is cooking use a spiralizer to create the noodle affect with the zucchini.
•Spread spirals on a paper towel and sprinkle with some salt and let sit for 20-30 minutes so moisture escapes and they won't become soggy.
•Once turkey is cooked add a jar of marinara sauce and let simmer over medium heat. add in the italian seasoning oregano, and red pepper flakes. simmer for another 1-20 minutes so the spices can blend together.
•Sauté the zoodles in a pan until they are hot and soft to eat, place in a strainer to drain out any extra water.
•Place zoodles on a plate and top with the sauce.
