A memorial service is planned for Monday morning at 10am to honor the three first responders killed in a plane crash northwest of Mandan last week.
Forty-eight-year-old Todd Lasky of Bismarck was the pilot, 47-year-old Chris Iverson of Mandan was the paramedic on board, and 63-year-old Bonnie cook of Bismarck was a NICU nurse for CHI St. Alexius. All three will be honored at the public memorial service at the Bismarck Event Center.
The trio was on a flight to Williston from Bismarck around 10:30 p.m. on Sunday night when the Bismarck Airport FAA tower reported the aircraft as missing. The site of the crash was found after 1 a.m. Monday.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation by the National Traffic Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Administration.
