Fargo, N.D. (Valley News Live) The Red River at Fargo/Moorhead is expected to hit its spring crest Monday morning.
The river is expected to hit 35 ft around 7 a.m.
That has closed multiple roads and bridges throughout the metro and in surrounding counties. Authorities are warning people to be safe when near the flood waters or when going to look at the rising Red.
The picture above shows Woodlawn Park in Moorhead looking to Fargo. You can barely see the top of a picnic shelter, now covered in water.
