How to make Bruschetta

Bruschetta is a classic Italian appetizer with tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, and olive oil served on bread! Chef Michael mercil shows us how to make the delicious food!

12- Roma Tomatoes
1/2 Red onion
1/2 cup sugar
2- cloves of garlic
12- leave of fresh basil
1/2 cup feta cheese
12- pieces of garlic toast
1- cup Balsamic Vinegar

Dice Roma tomatoes, onions, fresh basil, and toss with sugar.
Set mixture aside to marinate in refrigerator for a half hour.
Reduce vinegar in sauce pan.
Add mixture to garlic toast, top with feta cheese and drizzle with the reduced balsamic vinegar.
