Governors sign letter urging Senate to pass repeal and replace on Health Care Bill

In this letter, 15 Governors have signed their names urging the senate to repeal and replace Obamacare and to find another healthcare alternative. One of the Governor's who signed is North Dakota's own, Governor Doug Burgum.
